It’s great to have you! 👋 I launched this newsletter in March 2023 as a way to dig deeper into the key issues and change catalysts shaping tech and law. From disruptive startups to regulatory reforms, I'm fascinated by the forces driving change across legacy industries like financial services, legal tech, energy and more. Think of this as a bridge connecting the fast paced innovation hub of Silicon Valley with the thoughtful rigor of the Legal Bench. Hence, the name!
My mission? To explain the nitty-gritty details from first principles, going beyond surface-level understanding. I write for my fellow tech geeks, legal eagles, the “regtech curious,” and for anyone else not satisfied with a rough understanding of the whole. I hope you enjoy!
